Important Notice - Stolen Shipment of bikes

We want to give you as much info as possible should you come across one of these bikes.

On February 2, 2026, one of our inbound containers was stolen in Canada. The shipment contained 245 new Marin bicycles.

We are working closely with authorities and industry partners to recover the stolen goods.

All affected serial numbers have been registered and published in Canadian stolen bike directories and several international databases. These bikes are officially flagged as stolen property.

Important Notice to Consumers and Retailers

If you are offered a new Marin bicycle at an unusually low price or through unofficial channels, please exercise caution.

Bicycles from this shipment:

  • Are flagged in national and international stolen bike registries
  • May be subject to seizure if identified
  • Will not be eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage

We strongly advise against purchasing any unit that appears on the stolen serial number list.

To verify a serial number, please refer to the official list HERE.

If you have any information that may assist in the recovery of these bicycles, please contact us at:
customer.service@marinbikes.com

We appreciate the support of our dealer network and the cycling community in helping us address this situation.

Thank you for your vigilance and cooperation.
